Bringing fresh energy, creativity and a passion for helping dancers grow.

Darcie’s dance journey began at Dancing Academy, where she trained from 2006 to 2021 before progressing to Performers College, Essex, completing a BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre and Dance.

During her training, Darcie gained valuable experience through Regional Youth Ballet, Bootcamp UK open classes and associate programmes with Urdang and Wilkes, developing her skills across dance, musical theatre and performance.

Now back at DA as a teacher and choreographer, Darcie brings fresh ideas, creativity and current training experience into the studio. She teaches syllabus classes, develops non-syllabus work at higher levels and creates choreography for our competition team, where her natural flair for choreography really comes to the fore.

Darcie loves creating classes where dancers can develop their technique while finding their own style, confidence and expression. Her approach combines strong training with creativity, musicality and the freedom to enjoy performing.

Having grown up at DA herself, Darcie knows the journey from a first dance class to professional training — and loves helping the next generation take their own next steps.
